Appellant, Timothy Clyde Hall, appeals his judgment of conviction for the misdemeanor offense of attempted theft. Appellant waived his right to a jury trial and pled "nolo contendere" to the court. Because there was no agreed recommendation as to appellant's punishment, the trial court held a punishment hearing.
