Harold-Elliott Company, Inc. (Harold-Elliott) appeals from a no-notice default judgment in favor of K.P./Miller Realty Growth Fund I (K.P./Miller).

We reverse and remand to the trial court.

K.P./Miller sued Harold-Elliott for breach of a lease and sought damages of $23,868, plus interest and attorney's fees. The petition and citation indicated the corporation's registered agent was Harold Nedell (also the president...
