On March 26, 1992, defendant Zeki Sabbagh and his son, defendant Jack Sabbagh, were found guilty by a federal jury of conspiracy to distribute one kilogram or more of heroin, and conspiracy to violate the money laundering laws of the United States. In addition, Zeki Sabbagh was convicted of being part of a second heroin distribution conspiracy and six substantive counts of money laundering...
