The defendant, Larry Kelley, was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to a term of life imprisonment. In this appeal, he alleges first that the evidence was insufficient to establish that he had the mental capacity to commit a first degree murder; and, secondly, that the trial court erroneously limited the use of a medical report for identification purposes...
