Appellant, Southwestern Clinic of Bone & Joint Diseases, sued appellee, Farmers Insurance Group, alleging negligent misrepresentation, breach of assignment, and unjust enrichment. Farmers moved for summary judgment on the grounds that Southwestern did not rely on the alleged misrepresentation and that it suffered no detriment. The trial court granted a takenothing summary judgment. Southwestern appeals by three points of error...
