Defendant, Yvonne Lynette Tracey, was charged by bill of information with one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine. Defendant pled guilty as charged, and on June 15, 1992, the defendant was sentenced to 20 years at hard labor on the possession with intent to distribute conviction and 15 years at hard labor on the conspiracy conviction.
