Abruzzi Foods, Inc. brought this diversity action against a competitor, Pasta & Cheese, Inc. (and its parent). Abruzzi claims that Pasta & Cheese has violated chapter 93A of the Massachusetts code by "deceptive[ly]" calling its pasta "fresh."
