MONTIEL, Judge.

The appellant, Craigery Labron Miller, was indicted for robbery in the first degree, in violation of § 13A-8-41, Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found the appellant guilty as charged in the indictment.

The State's evidence tended to show the following. During the morning of September 7, 1989, the appellant and a female went into Mike's Grocery store to purchase some headache medication. The cashier working at Mike's Grocery that day testified...
