Defendant, Robert W. Krause, was found guilty by a jury of official misconduct (Ill.Rev.Stat.1991, ch. 38, par. 33-3(c)). The court sentenced defendant to a 30-month term of probation. Defendant appeals his conviction, raising the following issues: (1) whether the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion to dismiss the indictment; (2) whether defendant was proved guilty of the offense beyond a reasonable doubt...
