Putnam County Hospital, together with several of its staff members (collectively the "Hospital"), brings this interlocutory appeal from an order denying the Hospital's motion to dismiss the complaint of Lucy Sells ("Sells"), as legal parent and guardian of Leann Sells, a minor.
