The Federal Reserve Bank of New York ("Bank") moves to reargue Part IV of an Order and Opinion, dated September 20, 1993, 831 F.Supp. 333, denying the Bank's motion for summary judgment in this race discrimination action filed by its discharged employee, Vincent Moodie. Part IV denied the Bank's motion for summary judgment on Moodie's state law claim and held that § 341(5)1
