Appellants E.B. Feucht & Sons, Calvin Thomas, and Liberty Mutual Insurance, Inc., appeal the trial court's judgment granting appellees Ace Transportation, Justin Richard and Marcus Boudreaux's motion for summary judgment. Finding a genuine issue of material facts exists on the question of negligence of defendants, we reverse and remand.
