Appellant-defendant Richard K. Lawson appeals his conviction for conspiracy to distribute cocaine, a Class B felony.

The evidence relevant to the appeal discloses that on December 4, 1991, Jeffrey Barry was acting as a confidential informant for the Auburn, Indiana police department.
