Hollander, the legal guardian of Capon's four children, brought suit to enforce a child support agreement. Capon counterclaimed for breach of contract. The jury awarded Hollander $99,671.59 in damages; $58,198 in attorney's fees; $10,000 for this appeal, $10,000 for appeal to the supreme court; and $10,000 if the supreme court granted writ of error.
