CARNES, Circuit Judge:

Alfonso Hidalgo pled guilty to seven counts of a twenty-six count indictment charging him with distribution of cocaine and related offenses. Pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2), he reserved his right to appeal from the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized by police officers during a consent search of his residence in Duluth, Georgia.
