The defendant, Carl J. Bourg, was charged by bill of information with aggravated criminal damage to property, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:55. He pled not guilty and, after trial by jury, was found guilty as charged. He received a sentence of two years at hard labor. The trial court suspended the sentence and placed the defendant on supervised probation for one year, subject to the following special conditions: (1) the defendant must make restitution...
