OPINION

ALARID, Judge.

Wallace G. Sharts (hereinafter "Sharts") sued Stephen Natelson and Natelson and Ross (hereinafter "Natelson") for legal malpractice. Natelson moved for summary judgment on the basis that the action was barred by the four year statute of limitations, NMSA 1978, §§ 37-1-1 and -4 (Repl. Pamp.1990). Relying on Jaramillo v. Hood, 93 N.M. 433
