Robert Eugene Allen's driving privilege was suspended pursuant to the provisions of §§ 302.505.1 and 302.525.2(1), RSMo 1986, after he was arrested upon probable cause to believe he was driving a motor vehicle while the alcohol concentration in his blood was thirteen-hundredths of one percent or greater.
