This appeal arises from a judgment entered by the circuit court which awarded attorney fees to the plaintiff in a mortgage foreclosure action brought against defendants. This judgment required defendants to pay attorney fees which were in excess of the amount of fees specified at the time the delinquency was paid and the loan was reinstated.
