Joseph Fischer, pro se, appeals from an order of the Court of Appeals which granted the appellees State Board of Elections and Secretary of State a writ of prohibition. The writ prohibited Judge Kopowski of the Campbell Circuit Court from adjudicating a lawsuit filed by Fischer, and further ordered the trial court to dismiss the case.
