In this appeal, we consider the National Bank of Glenrock's (Bank) contention that the district court erred in entering judgment against it, and in favor of John O'Neal, on his claim that the Bank was liable for permitting the Glenrock Livestock Exchange (GLE) to transfer funds from a "custodial," or trust-type checking account, to a general checking account.
