OPINION

JACKSON, Judge:

William Gene Horton appeals his convictions of four counts of theft, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-404 (1990), and four counts of burglary, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-202 (1990). We affirm.

I. FACTS
