TAYLOR, Judge.

The appellant, Bryde Sledge, was convicted of two counts of unlawfully breaking and entering a vehicle, in violation of § 13A-8-11(b), Code of Alabama 1975. He was sentenced to three years' imprisonment for each count, the sentences to run concurrently.

The state's evidence tended to show that on November 29, 1991, Wells Johnston and his wife were shopping at the Madison Square Mall in Huntsville. While Johnston was sitting in his car waiting...
