Plaintiff-appellant Dan R. Cullison appeals the trial court's judgment vacating a favorable jury verdict and ordering a new trial and also denying a change of judge motion. The issues we must address are whether the trial court abused its discretion in vacating the verdict and erred by denying the change of judge motion.
