This appeal comes from a judgment in the Office of Workers Compensation in favor of plaintiff, Oliver Haynes, and awarding worker's compensation in the amount of $200 per week beginning from the time of plaintiff's work-related injury and until plaintiff's disabled condition is remedied by surgery sometime in the future.
