Albert Smith and Ryan Roberts were convicted of the second degree murder of Melvin Kelly. They appeal their convictions arguing the State's failure to disclose exculpatory evidence to the defendants violates La. C.Cr.P. art. 718 and Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83, 83 S.Ct. 1194, 10 L.Ed.2d 215 (1963), which requires reversal of the jury verdict. Because we find that there was no exculpatory evidence, and therefore...
