Defendants, Louis O. Seal and Clemel Hatcher, were charged by bill of information with taking fish by electric shock (Count 1) and possessing an instrument used in shocking fish (Count 2), in violation of La. R.S. 56:320 C. They pled not guilty; and, after trial by jury, both defendants were found guilty as charged on both counts.
