Before us on appeal is an order of the State Banking Board affirming State Banking Commissioner's order removing Phil R. Hurst from the board of directors of Oklahoma National Bank & Trust Company in Sulphur, Oklahoma (Bank), finding that the attorney/director was "reckless" within the meaning of 6 O.S.Supp. 1982 § 210 (subsequently amended).
