This appeal arises out of a divorce action between Leslie Linxwiler Young (Wife) and John Marcus Young (Husband). The issue is whether Wife was entitled to a jury determination of whether she voluntarily executed a post-marital property agreement (the agreement) after a master in chancery concluded that she had voluntarily executed the document.
