Lindey's has filed an application for a writ of review together with a memorandum requesting this Court to dismiss an order finding Lindey's in contempt. The order fined Lindey's $500 and imprisoned its chief executive officer for five days. The imprisonment was suspended to give Lindey's an opportunity to purge itself of contempt.
