ARMSTRONG, Judge.

Defendant, Gerard Jarabica, was charged by bill of information on January 9, 1991 with simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, a violation of La.R.S. 14:62.2. After the State nolle prosequied that information and two others subsequently filed, the State charged the defendant a fourth time by bill of information on March 4, 1992. On June 29, 1992, the trial court granted defendant's motion to quash the fourth bill of information. The State now appeals...
