Appellant, Willie Robinson, was originally indicted on five charges: four counts of second degree burglary, § 569.170 RSMo 1986, and one count of possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, § 195.233 RSMo 1986. He was found guilty by a jury of two of the four burglary charges and was acquitted on the other two burglary charges and the drug paraphernalia charge. He was sentenced by the court as a prior, persistent, and class X offender...
