DRAUGHN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of delivery of crack cocaine and assessed punishment at seventy-five years and a $10,000.00 fine. In four points of error, appellant contends reversible error occurred in that: 1) the trial court erroneously refused to grant an evidentiary hearing on the motion for new trial, based on ineffective assistance of counsel; 2) the evidence is insufficient to support the verdict; 3) inadmissible hearsay testimony...
