Plaintiff Johnnie Peters was driving a pick-up truck on an access road entering Interstate 30 in Pulaski County. He stopped at a "yield" sign, which was positioned just before the access lane merges into the main lanes of traffic, and was struck from behind by a car driven by defendant, William Pierce. Defendant Pierce, appellee in this court, contended below that the accident was not his fault because plaintiff started to pull out onto the interstate...
