BLACK, Judge.

Defendants were both charged with burglary in Eddy County, and with aggravated burglary, conspiracy, larceny over $2,500, and larceny of a firearm in Chaves County. Prior to entering into plea agreements that disposed of the charges, Defendants moved to suppress evidence obtained after a vehicle in which they were passengers was stopped, and they moved to dismiss the charges for failure of the State to preserve certain evidence...
