Plaintiff Clifford R. Fisher (Fisher) held certificates of deposit (CDs) in joint tenancy with his sons, Robert and Harold, at the defendant State Bank of Annawan (Bank). Robert was personally indebted to the Bank. When he filed bankruptcy, the bank set-off Robert's personal indebtedness against the CDs. Fisher filed this action...
