Following a lengthy evidentiary hearing, the National Labor Relations Board concluded that respondent DBM, Inc., violated §§ 8(a)(1) and 8(a)(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1), (3), when it retaliated against employees for their union organizing activities. The Board's cease and desist order directs DBM to reinstate and make whole four employees laid off or discharged because of their union activities...
