Petitioner Anthony J. Lucero appeals from the district court's order adopting the magistrate judge's amended proposed findings and recommended disposition. The court granted petitioner an additional 52 days of credit for previous time served but otherwise dismissed his petition for habeas relief filed under 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
