DeLaughter, Jr. petitions for review of a Merit Systems Protection Board (Board) opinion and order, Docket No. AT07529110657, which granted the United States Postal Service's petition for review, reversed the initial decision of the administrative judge (AJ) and sustained the agency's removal of Mr. DeLaughter, 55 M.S.P.R. 380.
