Temperature Systems, Inc. (TSI) appeals from the trial court's order overruling its special appearance under rule 120a of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. In a single point of error, TSI contends that the trial court's overruling of its special appearance violates the Texas jurisdictional test and the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
