OPINION

WILSON, Justice.

After the trial court overruled a motion to suppress evidence, appellant, Charles DuBose, pled guilty to possession of less than 28 grams of methamphetamine, and true to two enhancement paragraphs, one for burglary of a habitation and one for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The trial court found appellant guilty, and assessed punishment at 30-years confinement, in accordance with a plea agreement. We reverse.
