Appellant, Brenda Pyle, has multiple real estate holdings in Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas. Pyle failed to pay taxes on a certain parcel of her holdings for the years 1978-1981 and the property was certified to the State Commissioner of Lands on October 15, 1982 for non-payment of taxes.
