Edgar Scott appeals an order denying his motion to withdraw his plea based on newly discovered evidence, filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. He also attacks his sentence based on the trial court's alleged failure to inquire into the factual basis for his plea and the trial court's imposition of restitution as a special condition of probation where the condition was not pronounced in open court and was not part of the plea agreement...
