OPINION

LEE, Justice.

Pursuant to a plea bargain whereby the State abandoned the enhancement paragraphs, appellee pled nolo contendere to the charge of aggravated kidnapping with intent to violate and abuse the complainant sexually. See TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 20.04(a)(4) (Vernon 1989). Appellee was assessed twenty years confinement.
