This is an appeal from a post-answer default judgment. After 30 years of marriage, appellee, Dorothy Jean Vannerson, sued appellant, Don Vannerson, for divorce. Having previously obtained a judgment against appellant, Southwestern Bell Media, Inc. intervened in the divorce action.
