MONTIEL, Judge.

The appellant, Tony Thomas, was indicted for disorderly conduct, a violation of § 13A-11-7(a), Code of Alabama 1975, and for possession of cocaine, a violation of § 13A-12-212, Code of Alabama 1975. The two cases were consolidated for trial and the appellant was convicted as charged in the indictment. He was sentenced to 60 days' imprisonment on the disorderly conduct charge and to four years' imprisonment on the possession of cocaine charge...
