WALSH, Justice:

In this interlocutory appeal, we granted review of a Superior Court ruling that a self-insurer is required, under 18 Del.C. § 3914, to give notice of the statute of limitations to a third-party claimant. We conclude that the notice requirement is clearly within the contemplation of the statute and, accordingly, affirm.
