This is an appeal of the district court's denial of a motion to suppress evidence. The case arose out of a search of appellant's car by U.S. Customs Agents at the United States-Mexico border. The search turned up over seventy-five pounds of marijuana hidden in a compartment in the gas tank of appellant's car. Appellant argued in the district court that the search was unlawful.
