Plaintiff, Jeffrey Zoerner, was injured when the van he was driving collided with a car driven by Rhonda Cashmore. Ms. Cashmore died in the accident. Zoerner subsequently brought this personal injury action against the administratrix of Ms. Cashmore's estate. Plaintiff contends on appeal that (1) the trial court erred in barring certain testimony critical to his case, and (2) improprieties in defense counsel's closing...
