Appellant appeals his conviction in this jury-tried case in which he was convicted of sodomy, rape, deviate sexual assault, and sexual assault in the first degree. Appellant was sentenced to thirteen years on the sodomy charge and twelve years on the rape charge: the sentences to run consecutively.
